Music: Accompany your practice

Music is a big part of who we are.  As professional musicians, we understand the power of melody, harmony, and rhythm. Our playlists are lovingly  curated for your practice and thoughtfully chosen to enhance the experience. We also are known to perform some live music in our classes from time to time—little surprises we hope you will enjoy.

For each of our online yoga classes, we give you a playlist recommendation by number, and you can simply click below to play it. We recommend running the playlist on a separate device so that you have total control of the volume of the music relative to the class cuing. 

Feel free to mix and match the playlists, use your own, or practice to silence. It's your yoga.
